A developer's operations are full of money decisions: brokerage payouts, contractor bills, refunds, interest waivers, withdrawals from designated accounts. That is exactly why agents help — and why they must be governed from the first design.
Draw the line first
We design every agent with an autonomy level. Matching a receipt inside tolerance or routing a snag can go straight through. Approving a bill, waiving interest or preparing a withdrawal always goes to a named person, with the agent's draft and evidence in front of them.
Autonomy by task in our real estate designs
Agent designs from our AI & Agentic Engineering practice
| Task | Autonomy | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| Route a lead or a snag | Act within limits | Policy |
| Match a receipt inside tolerance | Act within limits | Policy, with sampling |
| Approve a contractor bill | Act with approval | Quantity surveyor |
| Prepare a RERA withdrawal | Act with approval | CFO |

Consent and evidence
Buyer and tenant data — identity documents, loan papers, payment histories — falls under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Personal data should be masked where agents don't need it, access logged, and consent recorded. We have built access logging and consent records into earlier platforms; they belong in every real estate deployment.
