A single shipment can pass through a forwarder, an ocean carrier, a port, a container freight station, a warehouse and a last-mile partner. Each has its own status codes and its own portal. Shippers want one answer to one question: will my order arrive when you said?
From status to prediction
Joining milestones across providers is the first step. Predicting which orders will miss their date — and drafting the update before the customer asks — is the second. In our designs, the prediction agent observes and the update writer drafts; a person approves any new date or credit.
Same data, sales and service
At the global LCL consolidator in our case study, an AI-powered sales app and a customer platform were built on the same unified data as operations. Customer adoption of the platform rose by 25%, and the sales app delivered a 150% boost in workforce productivity.
Visibility, step by step
From milestones to proactive service
| Step | What it needs |
|---|---|
| Track | Milestones from every provider in one record |
| Predict | Delay models by lane, facility and partner |
| Inform | Drafted updates with cause, new ETA and options |
| Self-serve | A portal answering from the shipper's own data |
